MR. FRENCH'S GRADE 4 (A1) ENGLISH CLASS

                                 A1 LEVEL CLASS TODAY

* Today we practiced a little more in preparation for tomorrow's Oral Exam. Students should be prepared to speak for 2 minutes to Mr. French. His grading will focus on three areas: Volume (loudness and clarity), Fluency (speaking ability) and Length (use of 2 minutes' time).

* We also discussed the Question of the Week as listed in the current Reading Street story, "The Horned Toad Prince". "What can we discover in the landscape of the Southwest?" was the question.
