MR. FRENCH'S GRADE FOUR ENGLISH CLASS

 _______________________________________________________

HOMEROOM

* In Homeroom today, students looked at their Celery Stalk Experiments!
They were able to observe how this plant's adaptations help it survive in its environment.

A1 CLASS

* In A1 Class today, students did RWN, page 304, "Final Syllable Patterns".

* They also discussed the upcoming April 30 Mother's Day Program.
Students will participate in a short program honoring mothers everywhere.

* The Written Exam results were also given, and most everyone did well on yesterday's test.

SCIENCE

* The topic today was "Ecosystems". This is where living and nonliving things interact with each other. Changes in habitats can affect the living things there.

EXPERIENCE CLASS

* With ecosystems in mind, Experience Class today was dedicated to the iguana! This famous animal looks much like a lizzard. Students made paper iguanas and did a related maze and puzzle.

See you tomorrow!
