Level A-2 Class


The current attendance is 36 children. They are behaving well and settling well into First Grade!



Today's Study Activities:


* Today, the students studied the Reader's & Writer's Notebook, p. 3-5.

This is supporting material for the current Reading Street Story, "Sam".


* They also studied the ABC book, p. E & F.

This material focuses on handwriting skills.


* They also studied Reading Street 1.R, p. 12-16.

This is Common Core English Language Arts material recommended for First Grade
which focuses on spelling, phonics and reading comprehension.



This Week's Vocabulary & Sentences:


Sam   Tam    Sat    At    Mat    And    In    I    See    A    Green    Come    Down    Is

"My name is ____."          "I see a mat."        "Tam sat on it."        "Sam is green."
